Dr. Barry A. Macy is the Director and Founder of the Texas Center
for Innovative Organizations; he is also Director and Founder of Texas Tech University’s Japanese Studies Program; and, Professor of
Organizational Design, Jerry S. Rawls College of Business, Area of Management, Texas Tech University. He holds a joint appointment in
the Health Organization and Management Department at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine. He is a
specialist in the field of large systems change for Continuous Business Improvement.
