Dr. Randolph-Seng is a visiting professor in management at the Rawls College of Business. He received his Ph.D. at Texas Tech University. His current research interests include the cognitive and social factors in entrepreneurship and leadership. His teaching interests include entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, international management, ethics, and strategy.
